- Purchase Agreement
- MLS Listing
- Copy of Signed Mortgage Approval
- Copy of Insurance Application Waiver (MPP).
- Copy of Signed Mortgage Borrower Disclosure
- Gift Letter with Associated Bank Statement.
- Proof of Down Payment via bank/investment statement for 90days prior to closing
- Lawyer Information (Including the firm and solicitor’s name, address, phone and fax)
- Job Letter and Current Paystub.
- Notice of Assessment (NOA) for the last two years
- Home Appraisal.
- Copy of a VOID Cheque
- Copy of your Home Insurance Policy
- Copy of the Renewal Notice from your current lender.
- Driver’s License or other Government-issued Photo ID
