  • Purchase Agreement
  • MLS Listing
  • Copy of Signed Mortgage Approval
  • Copy of Insurance Application Waiver (MPP).
  • Copy of Signed Mortgage Borrower Disclosure
  • Gift Letter with Associated Bank Statement.
  • Proof of Down Payment via bank/investment statement for 90days prior to closing
  • Lawyer Information (Including the firm and solicitor’s name, address, phone and fax)
  • Job Letter and Current Paystub.
  • Notice of Assessment (NOA) for the last two years
  • Home Appraisal.
  • Copy of a VOID Cheque
  • Copy of your Home Insurance Policy
  • Copy of the Renewal Notice from your current lender.
  • Driver’s License or other Government-issued Photo ID
